Production time
Every piece is made to order. Allow 2–5 business days in production before your order ships. You'll get a tracking email the moment it leaves the facility.
Shipping
Orders ship from the production partner's facility, within the United States. Transit is typically 3–7 business days depending on destination and the size of the piece — framed prints and woven throws travel slower than tea towels.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and I'll replace it or refund you in full. No need to send it back.
Change of mind
Because nothing is made until you order it, I can't accept returns for change of mind. Please check sizes and colourways before you order — every product page lists exact dimensions, and I'm happy to answer questions first.
Colour
Screens differ. The warm neutrals in this shop — bone, plaster, clay, sage — are the hardest colours to reproduce accurately on a display, and they will look slightly different in your room than on your phone. That's true of the real material too: these colours change noticeably between morning and afternoon light, which is much of why I like them.
