What that means for your order
When you place an order, the file goes to a production partner who prints, sews or finishes the piece, then ships it to you directly. Allow 2–5 business days in production before your parcel is dispatched, plus normal transit time.
So a framed print ordered on a Monday is typically made by Thursday and with you the following week. If you need something for a specific date, order with more room than you think you need.
Why it's worth the wait
There is no warehouse behind this shop. No pallet of last season's cushions, no end-of-line sale to clear stock that was made on a guess. Every piece made is a piece someone wanted.
It also means I can offer forty-two products as a one-person studio, which would be impossible if each one had to be bought in a hundred at a time.
What it means for returns
Because each piece is made for you specifically, I can't accept change-of-mind returns. Anything that arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered is replaced or refunded — see Shipping & Returns.
On the ceramics
The mugs and drinkware carry my original surface designs applied to ceramic and stoneware blanks. They are made to read like studio pottery. They are not hand-thrown, and I'd rather say so here than have it be a surprise when the box opens.
